Frequently Asked Questions
What are Adenium plants?
Adenium plants, also called Desert Roses, are sun-loving succulents known for their thick caudex, sculptural shape, and bright flowers. They are a good choice for Indian homes because they love sunlight, need less water than many common plants, and can live for many years with the right care.
Why are your Adenium plants considered premium?
We grow and select Adeniums from our family-run nursery with attention to plant health, caudex strength, flower variety, and shipping readiness. Each plant is checked before packing so customers receive a healthy bare-root Adenium that can settle well after repotting.
How do you ensure the health of your Adenium plants before shipping?
Before shipping, we inspect the plant, remove it safely from the pot, clean and prepare the roots, and pack it securely for transit. Adeniums can handle bare-root shipping well, but some leaf drop after delivery is normal because of travel stress.
Do you ship Adenium plants in pots?
No. We ship Adenium plants bare-root, without pots. This keeps the plant safer in transit, reduces the chance of soil-related rot, and makes packing more secure. After delivery, plant it in a pot with excellent drainage.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days after shipping, depending on your location and courier movement. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow the shipment.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 400. For orders below Rs. 400, a Rs. 60 delivery fee applies. The final shipping amount is shown clearly at checkout before payment.
What should I do if my Adenium plant is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the plant and packaging. If the plant is damaged in transit, we will review the proof and help with a suitable replacement or refund according to the condition of the plant.
How should I care for my Adenium plant after receiving it?
Unpack the plant gently and keep it in shade or bright indirect light for a short settling period. Plant it in a well-draining mix, use a pot with drainage holes, and avoid watering immediately if the roots look moist. After it settles, move it gradually into stronger sunlight and water only when the mix is dry.
