At our family-run Adenium nursery, we take great care in growing, packaging, and shipping our plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, we understand that issues may arise during transit, and we are committed to making things right.
Returns
Since Adeniums are live plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please reach out to us immediately with clear photos or videos of the plant and packaging.
Refunds & Replacements
- If your plant is damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess the situation and, depending on the extent of the damage, offer either a replacement or a refund.
- If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please notify us, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
- Refunds will be issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
