At our family-run Adenium nursery, The Plant Company, we take great care in packaging and shipping your plants to ensure they arrive safely. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process.

We ship orders twice a week to ensure timely deliveries.

Orders placed after our scheduled shipping days will be processed in the next cycle.


2. Packaging & Shipping Method

To protect the plants during transit, we ship without pots and carefully pack the roots to retain moisture.

We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and the courier service. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days after shipping.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues) are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist if needed.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on your location and order size. You can view the applicable shipping cost at checkout.


5. Order Tracking
