- All orders are subject to availability. If a plant is out of stock after your purchase, we will contact you with alternative options.
- Orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party providers.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship orders twice a week to ensure timely deliveries.
- Plants are shipped without pots for safe and efficient transportation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Delays caused by shipping providers are beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.
3. Returns & Refunds
- As Adeniums are live plants, we do not accept returns.
- If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos, and we will assess if a replacement or refund is applicable.
- Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
4. Plant Care & Responsibility
- We provide healthy and well-cared-for plants at the time of shipping. However, once the plant is delivered, its survival depends on proper care by the customer.
- We are not responsible for plant health issues arising from improper care, environmental conditions, or transplant shock.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
- Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties, except for necessary shipping and payment processing.
